Требования к стенам между квартирами при строительстве МКД

В 2016 г. по договору долевого участия мною была приобретена квартира. Выяснилось, что стена между квартирами выполнена из блоков и напоминает бутерброд: блок 9 мм + утеплитель+блок 9 мм. С двух сторон оштукатурено.и Получается толщина стены 25 см. Все как по проекту. Хотелось бы узнать, это вообще допустимо по строительным нормам. Просто на эту стену ничего не повесишь, и в дальнейшем я думаю будет все как в коммуналке. За стенкой чихнут, а тут будь здоров говоришь.

С нормативными требованиями защиты от шума можете ознакомиться в СП 51.13330.2011 Защита от шума. Актуализированная редакция СНиП 23-03-2003 (с Изменением № 1 от 05.05.2017 г., вступившим в силу 6 ноября 2017 года). Только Вам надо посмотреть до указанного изменения, то есть, когда требования действовали в период строительства.
