Налог на УСН и страховые взносы

Добрый день! ИП без сотрудников на УСН (доходы). Можно ли в декларации по УСН поставить к уменьшению налог за 2017 год в связи с тем, что сумма налога за 2017 год меньше, чем сумма уплаченных за год страховых взносов (в ПФР и ОМС)? и потом вернуть эту сумму на р/с или зачесть в след году?

Можно так сделать вполне. Только нужно учесть, что сумма уплаченных страховых взносов учитывается в пределах начисленной суммы.

Здравствуйте. Индивидуальный предприниматель на УСН с объектом «доходы», не имеющий наемных работников, может уменьшить сумму налога (авансового платежа) на страховые взносы в фиксированном размере (в том числе на взнос в размере 1% с суммы дохода, превышающего 300 тыс. рублей) только за тот период, в котором эти взносы были фактически уплачены. (Письмо Минфина от 24.03.16 № 03-11-11/16418.)
